Order Terms

These are the terms that apply when you place a cake order with Whipped Possibilities. Written in plain language on purpose, if anything here is unclear, just ask.

Reservation deposit

A reservation deposit of ₱350 secures your date on our calendar. It's credited toward your final balance when you pick up or receive your cake. The deposit is non-refundable by default; see "If you need to cancel" below for the specific conditions under which it can be refunded.

If you need to cancel

We understand plans change. Your ₱350 deposit is refundable only if both of the following are true: Jairuz has already confirmed receiving it himself, and you let us know you're cancelling at least 3 days before your event date, the same notice window we ask for when booking. If the deposit hasn't been confirmed yet, or you cancel less than 3 days before your event, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you've already paid your full balance and need to cancel very close to your pickup or delivery time, once your cake is made or nearly finished, we may not be able to refund your full payment, since the ingredients and time have already been spent on a cake made specifically for you. If this happens, please contact us directly so we can talk through your situation.

If you're not happy with the decoration

We want you to love your cake. If something about the decoration isn't quite right when you see it, we can make reasonable adjustments on the spot, small things like a colour touch-up, repositioning a decoration, or a piping fix.

What this doesn't cover is a full redo of the design, since that means baking again, not just decorating again, a from-scratch remake is treated as a new, separately-paid cake order. This is why the order form asks you to share your vision (photos, colours, theme) as early as possible. The more clearly we know what you want before pickup day, the fewer surprises there are for either of us.

Rush orders

Reservations must be made at least 3 days before your event date. If you need your cake sooner, contact us directly at 0916 466 6209. We'll confirm whether it's possible based on our schedule, and rush orders may carry an additional charge. This is never guaranteed by default.

Allergens and food safety

Our cakes are made in a home kitchen that also prepares food containing wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. We take care in preparation, but we can't guarantee any cake is completely free of trace allergens. If you or a guest has a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us when you place your order, especially if it's severe.

What we're responsible for

If something goes wrong with your order, our first step is always to make it right, whether that's a fix, a partial refund, or another solution that's fair to both sides. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for indirect losses connected to an order, such as the cost of rebooking a venue, beyond correcting the cake itself.

Photos

Photos you upload to describe what you want are used only to prepare your order, see our Privacy Policy for how long we keep them. Separately, we may photograph the finished cake for the Whipped Possibilities portfolio and social media. If you'd rather your cake not be featured, just let us know when you place your order.

If a disagreement can't be worked out directly

If you have a concern about your order, please reach out to us directly first, most issues are resolved quickly this way. Philippine law governs any agreement made through this site.
